Today I ate the best hot dog of my life.

Today I ate the best hot dog of my life.

Story: I'm going to pick up a product I bought online at 192 Suipacha Street. Next door at 180 Suipacha Street, there was a place that sold food. The only thing I looked at because I was starving. Since I had to do everything really fast, I asked, "What do you have ready to eat?" Nothing, but the quickest way is a hot dog, in 3 minutes. Okay, okay?

The place was very small, and there was a girl and a man with a strange accent. I asked him where he's from, and he told me he's from France, and so was she. When he charged me, he said 250 pesos, to which I reacted, "250 pesos! A hot dog!" Okay, now we're at the dance, let's dance.

We were in the heart of downtown, the natural habitat of office workers (in fact, I worked for many years at Suipacha 150) who no longer live there, which had caused their turnover to drop by more than 80% and the fixed costs were being covered with their own capital.

When the hot dog arrived, which included rustic potatoes, I couldn't explain what that hot dog was, excellent cheddar sausage, spectacular bread... I stayed there to eat it and finally continued chatting because we love good business.

The gentleman is a French chef named Christophe Arrighi, very kind and smiling and with a spectacular business. https://www.instagram.com/parisburgerba/

Many people probably know him and think he's stupid, but I didn't know him and I was shocked because I don't usually go to burger places.

Which makes me think about the definition I love, which is: What is expensive? What is cheap? Price has or should have to do with the value my product delivers; it has nothing to do with the costs of producing it. If it costs you more than the price you can charge, it's because someone else in the market is doing it more efficiently than you are. And that's the power of capitalism and the continuous improvement that means we all have better products at better prices.

Cheers Christophe!!!!! I admire you very much

PS: your hot dog is cheap
